Provide Medicaid Funded Behavior Support Services via The Family Supports home- and community-based services waiver (FSW) and The Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) waiver. -Meeting to choose appropriate Behavior Consultant -Discussion with individual, family, and other members on individual's team -Functional Behavior Assessment -Behavior Support Plan -Implementation Training -Continued Skill Building Sessions -Assistance at Individual Education Plan (IEP)/Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) meetings
